Who handles your data
Last updated: May 28, 2026
A plain-English look at what happens to the leads you send Aprism. For vendor-review purposes, this is our sub-processors page.
AI does not train on your leads
We use AI to score, tag, and (when you send a call recording) transcribe your leads. The AI providers we use process your data and then forget it. Nothing you send to Aprism is used to train any AI model. That’s a hard line for us.
Integrations you connect are your tools, not ours
When you set up a workflow that sends leads to a CRM, a webhook, or an email address, the destination is yours — your agreement with that provider applies there, not ours. Aprism just delivers what you told it to deliver.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
- We don’t use behavioural analytics, session-replay tools, or marketing pixels that read your leads.
- We don’t profile your customers for anything outside running the Service.
What Aprism isn’t built for
Aprism is a general-purpose lead intelligence platform. It’s not certified for healthcare data (HIPAA), credit card numbers (PCI), or government information (FedRAMP). Please don’t send that kind of data through Aprism unless we’ve agreed to it in writing.
We do automatically scrub credit card numbers and Social Security / Social Insurance numbers out of incoming leads before storing or analyzing anything. Think of it as a smoke detector for accidental disclosure — it catches a card number a customer pastes into a notes field by mistake. It does notmake Aprism a PCI processor or a HIPAA-eligible system, and it doesn’t catch natural-language health info (“my back hurts, I take Lipitor”) at all.
Use the right tool for regulated data: Stripe (or another PCI-certified gateway) for collecting payments, and a HIPAA-compliant tool for anything involving patient health.
Need a contract for vendor review?
Email info@aprism.ca and we’ll send over a Data Processing Agreement, and the full list of named providers if your review requires it.
