Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Aprism (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
Aprism ingests inbound leads from sources you connect, analyzes them using AI (scoring, summarizing, and tagging), and can route them to integrations you configure. Features and plan limits may change over time.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including your team members.
- You must be authorized to act on behalf of any organization you represent.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service unlawfully or to process data you have no right to process.
- Upload malware, attempt to breach security, or disrupt the Service.
- Resell or abuse the Service beyond your plan’s limits, or circumvent usage metering.
Prohibited data
Aprism is a general-purpose lead-intelligence platform. It is not currently HIPAA-compliant, PCI DSS-compliant, FedRAMP-authorized, or otherwise certified for regulated verticals. Unless a written enterprise agreement with us specifically permits otherwise, you agree not to submit:
- Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA.
- Cardholder data subject to PCI DSS (full credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, magnetic-stripe data).
- Government classified information or controlled unclassified information.
- Biometric identifiers, financial account credentials, or other special-category personal data requiring heightened protection under applicable law.
- Data of children under 13 (or the equivalent age of digital consent in the user’s jurisdiction).
Aprism applies automatic redaction to common patterns (credit card numbers, SSN/SIN) on incoming lead payloads and call transcripts as a safety net, but this is best-effort — you remain responsible for what you submit. We may suspend or terminate workspaces that violate this section.
Your data
You retain ownership of the lead data and content you submit. You grant Aprism the rights needed to host and process it to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Plans, usage & fees
The Service offers tiered plans with monthly usage limits (e.g. leads analyzed and deliveries). When you exceed your plan’s limits, affected actions may be paused until the next period or an upgrade. Fees and billing terms for paid plans will be presented before you subscribe.
Third-party integrations
When you connect external services (CRMs, webhooks, email/call platforms), your use of those services is governed by their own terms. Aprism is not responsible for third-party services.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated analysis (scores, summaries, tags) is provided for assistance only and may be inaccurate; you are responsible for decisions you make using it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aprism will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service.
Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
